Savvy locals know about our local, back country wineries and the serious wine region in Temecula… and Baja’s Guadalupe Valley.

The Los Angeles Times has a story on the region, a couple of hours from San Diego via Tecate or Tijuana. The story includes a slideshow (one of the photos is used here), restaurant and sites to visit. It’s been a few years since I last went to the Guadalupe Valley, but I hear from locals that the number of wineries and visitors has doubled.
